How to get your files

  1. Go to Instagram → Settings → Your activity → Download your information
  2. Select JSON format — tick only Messages to keep the export small
  3. Once downloaded, unzip and navigate to:
    your_instagram_activity/messages/inbox/<conversation_name>/
  4. Select all message_*.json files in that folder and upload them here
